PGP glassworks is a modern high-tech plant with a European approach to the production of a wide range of glassware. It is one of the industry leaders in Ukraine with a total production capacity of 560 tons of glass per day. It is focused on the production of flint and colored glass products for the beer, low-alcohol, alcoholic beverage, wine, soft drink and canning industries.

To control product quality, the plant has implemented the ISO 9001 quality management system and the IQ SCAN enterprise monitoring system, a highly efficient digital control system for glass packaging production with data collection throughout the production cycle and process control at all stages of product production. An integrated quality and safety management system for packaging materials was implemented in accordance with the requirements of the FSSC 22000 certification scheme and the international standard ISO 9001. The FSSC 22000 certification scheme includes compliance with the requirements of the ISO 22000 standard (HACCP) and compliance with the prerequisite programs specifically designed for food packaging manufacturers as set out in ISO/TS 22002-4. In general, the company's IMS ensures that the Consumer is confident that the company is able to meet the established requirements and produce timely, high-quality, safe and competitive products, taking into account all the wishes of the Customers. To detect defects in production, the plant has a unique inspection machine from Optische Prüfsysteme Dr. Günther, the latest generation MCAL 4 machine for side wall quality control, the latest generation MULTI 4 machine for bottom and whisk end control, and the M 320 multifunctional quality control machine.
